The coffee market is shifting towards quality: less, but better coffee, in venues with a pronounced identity. An off-the-shelf interior does not survive that competition. That is why we start with the concept: who is your guest, what is the ritual, how does the morning rush flow and how does the evening feel. From that follow routing, bar design, light and material.
With us the bar is a sculpture and a machine at the same time: ergonomics for baristas, technology for espresso machines, cooling and extraction, and a front in natural stone, ceramic or brass that carries your brand. Artists create wall work, ceramics or light objects that give your venue a signature nobody can copy.
Because every day without revenue counts, we work from concept to opening in 60 working days. We take care of the environmental permit, alcohol licence, fire safety, ventilation and noise requirements and coordination with the municipality. After opening our maintenance contract keeps the venue at the right level.

From final concept and permit we deliver an opening-ready venue in 60 working days. Concept and permit process usually take four to eight weeks, depending on the municipality.
We design the bar and kitchen around the equipment of your choice and coordinate delivery and installation with your suppliers or ours. Technology, water, drainage and power are part of our work.
Yes. For chains we develop a concept book with material palette and detailing, so every new location can be rolled out consistently and quickly.

Two weeks after handover we walk through the property together. Anything that stands out, we resolve immediately.
Checks after 3, 6 and 12 months
Tuning of climate and lighting, settling of materials, operation of bespoke work: we check and correct.
Annual inspection and maintenance plan
Every year an inspection of stone, wood, installations and art, with a tailored maintenance calendar.
