Because downtime costs money, we build in phases and outside office hours where necessary. We deliver most commercial properties fully within 60 working days, including furniture, signage and art programme. Afterwards a maintenance contract keeps the interior at the right level.

In most cases yes. We divide the property into construction zones, work with dust screens and schedule noisy work outside your office hours. For a complete transformation we advise a temporary location, which we arrange for you if desired.
Yes. We provide the technical substantiation, drawings and consultation required for approval by landlord or owners' association, and we fix restoration obligations in advance.
Renovations to a commercial property are generally business investments. We supply an itemised final account per component so your accountant can apply depreciation correctly. Seek tax advice for your situation.

Checks after 3, 6 and 12 months
Tuning of climate and lighting, settling of materials, operation of bespoke work: we check and correct.
