Wellness demands structural precision. Moisture, heat and chlorine place demands on waterproofing, ventilation and materials that do not occur in an ordinary renovation. Our team designs the climate installation, the vapour barriers and the drains before the first tile is laid, so the space lasts for decades.
We design the experience as a sequence: changing, showering, sweating, cooling, resting. A sauna in cedar or aspen, a hammam in tadelakt with a heated bench, a cold plunge or ice shower and a relaxation room with daylight and soft lighting. An indoor pool receives silent air handling and a floor that is not slippery when wet.
Material is natural and warm: natural stone, wood, tadelakt, mosaic. Lighting scenes from bright morning light to candle setting, music via invisible speakers and scent via the ventilation complete the ritual. Art finds its place in the relaxation room or as mosaic in the pool.

Hotel inspiration
The best hotel spas are dark, warm and quiet, with water as the only sound. We build that atmosphere in your cellar, outbuilding or garden.
Budget indication
Allow an indicative € 90,000 to € 300,000 for a private spa with sauna, hammam and relaxation room; with an indoor pool from about € 350,000.

Frequently asked questions
Wellness & spa
Yes, provided the cellar is watertight and sufficiently high or can be excavated. We examine structure, groundwater and ventilation during preparation.
With a vapour-tight shell, mechanical dehumidification, correct falls and moisture-resistant materials. The installation is re-tuned during the aftercare after 3 and 6 months.
Often not for the pool itself, but usually for a pool house or canopy. Our architects carry out the assessment and the application.
