Roof terrace & garden room
- Project size
- From € 100,000
- Lead time
- 60 working days
- Service area
- All of the Netherlands
A roof terrace begins with structure and permit: load capacity, waterproofing, fall protection and the rules of municipality and owners' association. Our architects take care of that process and then design a terrace that feels like a room: a floor in wood or natural stone, a pergola or canopy, an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace and lighting that extends the evening.
A garden room or conservatory connects inside and outside: steel or wooden frames from floor to ceiling, a glass roof, heating in the floor and sun protection that is invisible. In townhouses we restore the conservatory from the period of construction; in villas we design a new garden room that brings the garden inside.
Greenery is part of the design: bespoke planters with irrigation, trees in containers, a herb wall by the outdoor kitchen. Together with garden architects from our network we design terrace and garden as one whole.
