We renovate townhouses from 1900, villas from the 1930s, penthouses in new builds and listed canal houses. Each typology demands a different answer: in a listed building we work with respect for the original detailing, in a penthouse with the freedom of an empty canvas.
Because design, engineering and execution are under one roof, the months-long waiting times between architect, contractor and suppliers disappear. That is why we can contractually fix a completion date after 60 working days, without compromising on the finish. And after handover your project director remains your permanent contact.

Luxury home renovation
For a full renovation we advise against it; the 60-day schedule works best in an empty property. For phased renovations occupation is often possible. If desired we arrange temporary accommodation through our network.
Yes. Our architects have extensive experience with heritage permits, aesthetics committees and the restoration of historic detailing. We combine that with modern installations, insulation and comfort.
After the final design you receive a fixed contract sum with a detailed bill of materials. Changes during construction are priced in writing in advance. No surprises afterwards.
A turnkey home: cleaned, styled, with art placed, installations tuned and a digital property file with warranties, drawings and maintenance advice. Then the aftercare begins.

Two weeks after handover we walk through the property together. Anything that stands out, we resolve immediately.
Checks after 3, 6 and 12 months
Tuning of climate and lighting, settling of materials, operation of bespoke work: we check and correct.
Annual inspection and maintenance plan
Every year an inspection of stone, wood, installations and art, with a tailored maintenance calendar.
