Hotel suite & bed and breakfast

We begin with a concept book: the guest, the story, the ritual from arrival to departure. From that follow floor plan, material palette and detailing that are consistent for every room and yet differ per room. The bathroom is the most important part: natural stone, a walk-in shower with rain shower, even mirror light and towels on heated rails.

The bed receives an upholstered headboard with reading lights and charging points; the room acoustic insulation, blackout and a lighting plan with scenes. Bespoke furniture integrates minibar, safe and coffee without the room looking like a hotel room. Materials are chosen for beauty and for cleaning: washable, scratch-resistant, repairable.

Art gives every room its own name and story: a work by a local artist, a ceramic object or a mural. For chains and B&Bs we develop a kit of parts so new rooms can be rolled out quickly and consistently.
