How we translate Modern minimalist to your wellness area
The strength of a wellness area in Modern minimalist style lies in coherence: white, grey, wood as the base, natural stone in large planes, oak and walnut, microcement as the material palette and frameless doors, hidden technology as the recognisable signature. We design that coherence from the first sketch and guard it to the last screw.
Large planes of natural stone and wood, doors without frames, hidden lighting and technology, furniture that seems to float. Colours are few and precise: white, grey, wood, black. Everything that is not needed disappears into bespoke work.
The style suits penthouses, new-build villas and offices, and requires craftsmen who take millimetres seriously. Art is large and singular: one work per room.
Because design, execution and art are under one roof with us, the style stays pure: no compromises between architect, contractor and supplier, but one team that knows how Modern minimalist works in a Dutch property.

Frequently asked questions
Wellness & spa in Modern minimalist style
Yes. We translate the style to the dimensions, light and history of your property, from canal house to new-build villa. The architecture remains leading; the style guides material, colour and detail.
Allow an indicative € 90,000 to € 300,000 for a private spa with sauna, hammam and relaxation room; with an indoor pool from about € 350,000. Style has little influence on the price; material choice and bespoke work do. You receive a fixed contract sum before the start.
Yes, provided the bespoke work provides the storage. Minimalism is not emptiness but perfect storage.
Because nothing can be hidden: every joint, seam and corner must be perfect. That takes time and craftsmanship.
