How we translate Alpine chalet to your wellness area
The strength of a wellness area in Alpine chalet style lies in coherence: dark wood, stone, wool grey as the base, reclaimed and smoked oak, slate and limestone, wool, leather and loden as the material palette and fireplace as heart, wooden ceilings as the recognisable signature. We design that coherence from the first sketch and guard it to the last screw.
We work with smoked or reclaimed oak, slate and limestone, wool, leather and loden. The fireplace is the heart; lighting is warm and low; acoustics are soft through textiles and wood. Precision lies in the joints: wood connections, steel details and bespoke work that is crisp within a rustic palette.
In the Netherlands the style suits villas on wooded plots, wellness areas and studies. It is the style of winter evenings, all year round.
Because design, execution and art are under one roof with us, the style stays pure: no compromises between architect, contractor and supplier, but one team that knows how Alpine chalet works in a Dutch property.

Frequently asked questions
Wellness & spa in Alpine chalet style
Yes. We translate the style to the dimensions, light and history of your property, from canal house to new-build villa. The architecture remains leading; the style guides material, colour and detail.
Allow an indicative € 90,000 to € 300,000 for a private spa with sauna, hammam and relaxation room; with an indoor pool from about € 350,000. Style has little influence on the price; material choice and bespoke work do. You receive a fixed contract sum before the start.
Not with a good lighting plan and light accents: warm white, large windows and a fireplace that opens the room.
In a restrained form, yes: wood, wool and a gas fire give a penthouse the calm of a chalet.
