Hotel suite & bed and breakfast in Mediterranean style

The strength of a hotel suite in Mediterranean style lies in coherence: sand, terracotta, olive green as the base, tadelakt and lime plaster, terracotta and travertine, rough wood as the material palette and arched openings, lime walls as the recognisable signature. We design that coherence from the first sketch and guard it to the last screw.

We work with tadelakt and lime plaster, terracotta and travertine, arched niches and wooden shutters. Colours are warm and muted: sand, terracotta, olive, white. Lighting is warm and low, with a candle setting for the evening.

In the Netherlands this style requires extra attention to light: large windows, light floors and a garden room that extends the season. The result is a house that still feels like summer in November.
