Scheveningen – Belgisch Park
Leuvensestraat 85

The brief was to create four independent homes that each have their own character and yet are unmistakably family. The answer lies in a shared palette of oak, lime plaster, terracotta and natural stone, and in a lighting plan that lets the tall floors speak.
On the attic floor the roof structure remained visible; the curved ceiling received a hand-printed wallpaper that wraps the room like a tent. In the bathroom burgundy natural stone sets the tone, finished with brass taps and a floor in a classic pattern.
Steel pivot doors connect hall and living room, bespoke kitchens in terracotta form the heart of every home and the original woodwork of the stairs was preserved.
