On the Koningin Emmakade the front rooms look out over the water. That view became the starting point: the living room received sage-green panelling and a hand-painted mural that translates the landscape outside to the inside.
The hall connects the three residences with a striped wallpaper that emphasises the height of the building. Crystal chandeliers and original ornaments were restored and combined with contemporary lighting.
Each residence received its own colour world, from warm beige to deep green, so residents find a home that suits them.
