How we translate Art deco to your bathroom
The strength of a bathroom in Art deco style lies in coherence: black, gold, emerald as the base, brass and bronze, high-gloss veneer, marble in patterns as the material palette and geometric patterns, brass light lines as the recognisable signature. We design that coherence from the first sketch and guard it to the last screw.
We work with geometric patterns in natural stone and wood, brass and bronze, velvet in deep colours, high-gloss veneer and mirrors. Lighting plays a leading role: wall lights, chandeliers and light lines in brass.
Art deco demands bespoke work and craft: inlay, sawn patterns, polished metal. Our network of cabinetmakers and metalworkers makes it possible. Art in this style is graphic and bold.
Because design, execution and art are under one roof with us, the style stays pure: no compromises between architect, contractor and supplier, but one team that knows how Art deco works in a Dutch property.

What makes a bathroom hotel standard
01
Freestanding bath as centrepiece
A bath in natural stone, copper or mineral composite, placed where daylight or the view enhances the ritual.
02
Shower as a room
Not a cubicle but a room: walk-in shower with rain and body jets, bench and niche, floor to ceiling in one material.
03
Layered lighting plan
Daylight, even mirror light, mood light in niches and a night setting for three in the morning.
04
Invisible technology
Heated floor, silent ventilation, thermostatic taps and hidden sockets.
Frequently asked questions
Bathroom in Art deco style
Yes. We translate the style to the dimensions, light and history of your property, from canal house to new-build villa. The architecture remains leading; the style guides material, colour and detail.
Allow an indicative € 45,000 to € 120,000 for a luxury bathroom to hotel standard, depending on size, natural stone, bespoke work and installations. Style has little influence on the price; material choice and bespoke work do. You receive a fixed contract sum before the start.
Certainly, in doses: a bathroom, a bar in the living room or an entrance give the house theatre without becoming a set.
